What to expect?

At your first appointment your physio will ask you many questions and gather a lot of information about your condition. It is important that you let your physio guide you through this process, and you can rest assured that they will collect all the information necessary to make a thorough and complete diagnosis of your condition.

After your physio has asked about your condition, they will perform measurements and some tests, as well as feel the specific parts of the body that are causing the problem. This forms the objective part of the evaluation.

Your physiotherapist will then be able to explain your condition using terms that you will understand, and the best plan of treatment.
With your consent, they will go ahead and begin treatment.
